3D Architectural Visualization Package A high-end visual communication service designed to present your project clearly and attractively to investors, clients, or buyers. Includes: • High-detail 3D renderings (buildings, landscapes, pools) • HD walk-through animation (immersive project experience) • 3 short-form promotional videos (reels) • Up to 2 revision rounds (materials, details, adjustments) This package focuses on bringing a finalized concept to life visually.
Cancellation Policy
Legal Terms & Payment Terms Deposit & Final Payment A 50% deposit (…… AWG) is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the project is canceled by Hortus Atelier due to unforeseen circumstances. The remaining 50% (…… AWG) is due upon delivery of the first draft, which will be provided within 14 days of project initiation. Accepted Payment Methods Bank Transfer, Cash, or Other Agreed-Upon Methods Project Timeline Hortus Atelier will deliver the first draft within 14 days from the date of receiving the deposit and all required client inputs. Revisions & Redesign Policy Revisions: Clients receive two (2) free revisions for minor adjustments. Additional revisions will be charged at 150 FL per revision. Redesigns: Major changes to layout or concept will incur a 3% fee of the total project cost. Client Responsibilities To ensure accuracy and timely delivery, we kindly ask that you provide all necessary information at the start of the project, including: Property dimensions DOW-approved plans Photos & inspiration This information should be submitted within 5 days of project initiation. If not provided within this timeframe, we will proceed with available details, but minor measurement variances may occur. Your timely input helps us deliver the best possible results! Delays in providing information or feedback may result in extensions to the project timeline. Ownership & Use The design remains the property of Hortus Atelier until full payment is received. Once the final payment is made, the client gains full rights to use the design for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon. Cancellation Policy If the project is canceled after the deposit is paid but before the first draft is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable.
