Hortus Atelier – Site Visit Policy Purpose: A Site Visit by Hortus Atelier is a basic, on-location review intended to evaluate a specific issue or concern. The goal is to observe, document, and provide initial professional feedback, without performing a full technical or structural inspection. Scope of Service: Visual assessment only (no dismantling, in-depth diagnostics, or testing). Includes a short verbal or written summary of observations. Preliminary recommendations are provided based solely on observable conditions. Average duration: 30–60 minutes. What’s Included: On-site walkthrough of the area of concern. Visual inspection of visible components and conditions. Verbal explanation or a short written note with observations. General recommendation on next steps or further actions. What’s Not Included: No detailed inspection report. No legal documentation or insurance certifications. No structural guarantees or load evaluations. No in-depth measurements, water testing, or equipment teardown. When a Site Inspection Is Recommended: If more detailed evaluation is required (e.g., full condition report, structural concerns, or quotations for major repairs), Hortus Atelier will recommend upgrading to a Site Inspection service.
